Abstract


In this study, by the rise to power of the private movie companies in the giant Huayi Brothers Media Group parsed breakout of private film industry development path. First from a global review of the background of the development of private film industry and the environment, special status and role of the private economy in China's national economic development is the background of its development. Private film industry has experienced a transition from monopoly to oligopoly market structure in the Chinese film industry, the same is innate monopoly of the state-owned film industry. Private movie companies facing competitive landscape, there are many problems, and cause Huayi of privately-owned film enterprise development dilemma triple constraints. Policy constraints embodied in: policy barriers caused by unfair competition, management the Ordinance not clear increase market risk, difficult to form and incomplete complementary policies the bull management of the unified market rules. Resource constraints: the primitive accumulation of capital is too small, economies of scale can not be manufactured; talent mechanisms are inadequate, poor market risk-resisting ability. The market constraints embodied in: the allocation of the downstream industry chain the unfair and industrial operators mechanism immature. In the face of these unfavorable factors, Huayi layout initiative by positioning \With access to resources and the strategy and the implementation of the capacity building strategy to overcome these constraints, breaking, one should learn from private film industry breakout development path. At the same time, the the Huayi development experience and private development of the film industry has also brought some problems some thought. How to seek policy out of the way, the research on the one hand by the theoretical analysis of the New Institutional Economics What is the relation of the development of policy and private film industry, on the other hand, for the private movie companies seeking government support through regulation economics provides the possibility direction. The issue of how to regulate the market, the private film industry, in particular the need to strengthen self-discipline, improve the mechanism of competition, improve the market's ability to control and resource allocation capabilities; think on how to achieve sustainable development, from the roots, plus large training and selection of the intensity of the new policies to encourage enterprise's own innovative mechanisms to achieve the diversification of the film type, ensure social welfare.
