Abstract


In the knowledge economy, with the increasing uncertainty of environment, the development of enterprises is facing unprecedented challenges. Because of growing uncertainty of environment, the basis of value creation in the business is changed. The traditional methods and knowledge of management has been far from meeting constantly changing environment. The competitiveness of business within the enterprise is focused on unique, scarce, difficult to imitate the knowledge resources and plays a critical role .Therefore, basic reason that leading performance differences of enterprises is knowledge. Only to constantly adjust, absorb and create new knowledge, enterprises can obtain and maintain competitive advantages. The capacity of knowledge acquisition, absorption, transformation and use is no doubt the most needed capacities, which is the company’s knowledge absorptive capacity.Driven by the economic globalization and examination-oriented education, more and more people come to realize that foreign language skills for students is helpful for going into the higher institutions, so the demand for foreign language learning is also growing, that provides huge market for foreign institutions .However, it is very hard for training institutions to bloom. How to get an impregnable position is the current problem.Absorptive capacity of knowledge is the key to help training institutions to get rid of the homogenization and gain competitive advantage. The stronger of knowledge absorption capacity, the easier to introduce spillovers of competitions. Simultaneously, the absorptive capacity of knowledge can also help training institutions to continue to identify market opportunities, maintain and improve competitive advantage. The paper selects foreign language training institutions of Shenyang as the object of study, focuses on the impact of the knowledge absorption capacity factor. Through data analysis, the impact of foreign language training in Shenyang City can be identified, so the management level of knowledge can be improved and higher performance can be gained.
