Abstract


In order to protect and encourage domestic investors to invest overseas , the United States , Japan , Germany , France and many countries have established legal system for overseas investment insurance . In recent years, with China 's accession to the WTO and the implementation of \However, the legal system of China 's overseas investment insurance has not yet been established , which is not conducive to the protection of the investors overseas investment in China and further promote China's economic development strategy . This article analyzed by drawing on some of the country 's overseas investment insurance system , combined with the actual situation and the legislative status quo of China 's overseas investment recommendations to build and improve China 's overseas investment insurance system . This paper is divided into five parts , the first chapter analyzes the characteristics of China 's overseas investment is currently showing , development trends and China 's overseas investment is likely to face some political risk , and then introduces the basic principles of the course of development of the overseas investment insurance system . The second chapter of the United States, Japan , Germany , the three countries overseas investment insurance system analysis and comparison of specific analysis of the insurance model insurer underwriting legislative differences with the strengths and weaknesses of the three important aspects of the conditions of China's legislative recommendations , as later reference .
