In this paper, soy protein isolate (SPI) and sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) as wall material, respectively, insect hormone mimics hexadecane (HD) and insect hormone compounds twelve acetate (DA), oleyl alcohol acetate (OA) is a core material coated characterize the morphology of the obtained microcapsules, the microcapsules and the effects of small organic molecules release behavior of the core material. According to the core material, this paper can be divided into three parts: the core material in HD SPI-SDS Preparation and characterization of microcapsules; to DA as core material SPI-SDS Preparation and characterization of microcapsules; to OA as core material SPI-SDS Preparation and characterization of microcapsules. (A) in HD as core material SPI-SDS Preparation and characterization of microcapsules. First by different methods were tested SPI isoelectric point, and to determine the SPI / SDS ratio suitable coacervation, complex coacervation and in a suitable condition for HD insect hormone mimetics were coated cores prepared with different ratios and wall stirring speed different microcapsules. Characterized by optical microscopy morphology of microcapsules, measured by gas chromatography of the drug loading of the microcapsules and the encapsulation rate, and in the constant temperature and humidity (T = 35 ° C, RH = 50%) under the conditions investigated the release behavior. Experimental results show that, SPI-SDS complex coacervation pH of 3.5, both the mass ratio of 5/1, the wall material when the total concentration of 0.6%, the highest efficiency complex coacervation. The release rate of the microcapsules with the drug content increases. 3-5 days early release quick release period thereafter until the release rate constant HD completely released. (2) to DA as core material SPI-SDS Preparation and characterization of microcapsules. First to twelve alcohol and acetic acid as the main raw material, p-toluenesulfonic acid as a catalyst insect hormone compounds DA, and then through the SPI / SDS complex coacervation for the synthesis of DA were coated influence of different conditions on Microencapsulation and DA Release. Experimental results show that the release rate of the microcapsules with the drug content increases. The drug loading in the same condition, DA release rate slower than the HD. Initial rapid release release microcapsules significantly shorter than HD, constant release of up to 80 days or so, then the capsules of drug concentration decreases, the release rate decreased until DA release completely. (3) to OA as core material SPI-SDS Preparation and characterization of microcapsules. First, the oil as the main raw material alcohol and acetic anhydride, p-toluenesulfonic acid as a catalyst compounds of insect hormones OA, before using the same method for the synthesis of the coating OA. The effects of different cell wall as well as different stirring speeds than the capsules prepared by the release of the performance and behavior of OA. Experimental results show that the release rate of the microcapsules with the drug content increases. In the same drug loading conditions, OA release rate was slower than the HD and DA, its release curve seems to have a transition period of 40 days at the beginning of a slightly higher rate constant release, 40 days after the release rate decreased but the basic remains constant until the full release. Significantly different from the DA is the last release of OA did not show significant release speed.
