Abstract


ObjectiveThe coronary collateral circulation(CCC) appearance the important symptom of the coronary angiography.The effect coronary collateral circulation is a compensation way after the normal coronary circulation has been blocked for influence the station. Diabetes mellitus is the directness factor of the coronary angiography.From the diabetes mellitus infection,affect the CCC after myocardial infarction,is the objective of this investigate.Methods1.Object of study:120 patients after six months of myocardial infarction has selective coronaryartery angiography,(CAG) operation in the first hospital To China Medical University Heart Interposition Center between Jan.2002-Aug.2004are choosen,56 patients have diabetes mellitus,male patient share 74,female share 46,average age 54±14.23 yeas old.2.Instruments:BIOCARE ECG 1200 DIGITAL CARDIOGRAPH(USA) Bayer ACS 180plus(GER)3.ProceduresAll patients accept CAG inspect after into hospital,analyse the result,probe into the CCC have been formed。To give emphasis to time,position and the rentrop degree. 4.Statistaical analysis:Statistical analysis was performed by using SAS6.12.Results were expressed as mean±SD for continuous variables。Continuous variables were compared by using analysis of variance,t test and nonparametric test。P value<0.05 was required for statistical significance.ResultsWithin two month 36 non- diabetes mellitus patients have formed 32 coronary collateral circulations。Compare with that 22 diabetes mellitus patients have formed only 3 coronary collateral circulations,64 non- diabetes mellims patients have formed 55 five two coronary collateral circulations,56 diabetes mellitus patients have formed only 9 coronary collateral circulations.ConclusionDiabetes mellitus patients with myocardial infarction,coronary collateral circulations formed later,the amount and the rentrop degree’s level is lower than that of non- diabetes mellitus patients.Vary parts of the coronary the coronary collateral circulations forms have no obvious differ.
