Abstract


After more than a decade of planning, the GEM market finally established on October 30, 2009. The introduction of the GEM greatly enriched our country's financial markets, has taken a key step for China to establish a multi-level capital market. However, after the GEM market run more than a year, many problems continue to emerge. For example, the issue of high price-earnings ratio, high price, the use of raised funds, executives resign, the decline in performance, PE corruption, and the delisting system and other issues. Delisting system has become a focus of many problems. Listed companies delisting mechanism listed companies can promote the survival of the fittest to promote the sound development of the capital market. However, the the delisting system from China's motherboard market practice point of view, the results are unsatisfactory implementation of the delisting system. GEM delisting system market to study, to explore how to build China's GEM delisting system. The paper is divided into six parts. The first part of the introduction of the full text focuses on the research background and significance, at home and abroad the status quo, at the same time introduced the thesis and research methods.
