Abstract


Delisting refers to the removing of the securities of a listed company from listing on a stock exchange ,because of below certain continued criteria ,which the Exchange has adopted, or because of listed companies application .Delisting is a process of developing the useful and discarding the useless, it’s a gradually developing process in philosophy meaning .One important principle of the market economy is“survival of the fittest”,a market without delisting mechanism not only is a connivance and disregard to some mint loss company ,but also can not open out and divide market risks .It will lead to excessive problem .With the legality and standardization of Chinese stock market, the delisting law system of the listed company being attached importance to .This essay also research the delisting system. Compared to the second board ,a mature healthy main board is the most important part of the capital market , it can reflect the economic status, it is being called“weatherglass”, so this essay only describe the main board .Besides the foreword and the epilogue, the article consists of four main chapters.In chapter one, the author mainly talks about the basic delisting system of our country, the concept, characteristic is discussed. In chapter two, this part introduces the developing course and existing problems of delisting system. The developing course was divided into four courses. As to the existing problem, author described it in three parts, which are divided into delisting standards and procedures, delisting reasons and parties involved into delisting system. In chapter three, this chapter was divided into two parts, which was set about from foreign mature stock market. In the first part, the author mainly talks about the basic situations of foreign stock market. And in the second part, the author mainly introduces some mature idea of foreign stock market to use for reference. In chapter four, the article made an in-depth thought about how to perfect the current delisting system, and the measures was discussed.In brief, securities market delisting market is significant to healthy development of securities market. The improvement and implementation of such system of such system , may cause impact on the securities market in the short system ,or losses to investors, but in the long run ,the formation of the delisting system can positively facilitate not only entrance to, but also delisted from the securities market. Such system will also enable effective distribution of resources and optimization of listed company framework and improvement of their comprehensive of their qualities, and finally, enhancement the all-round quality of Chinese securities market.
