Abstract

In today's information age, information technology and education closely together, and there are a growing number of information technology tools used in the field of education, thus achieving education information. The new basic education curriculum reform with particular emphasis on information technology in subject teaching commonly used to achieve further development of education, the application of information technology in teaching has become the inevitable trend of the development of education today. Front-line teachers as the direct perpetrators of the teaching of information technology, education, information technology, the most central and active factor should be whether the teachers are willing to use information technology for teaching, the ability to adapt to new teaching methods using information technology teaching, decided to with the effectiveness of information technology in education and sustainable development. Therefore, this study for the study of high school teachers in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, conducted in-depth investigation and analysis of the high school teachers to use information technology teaching psychological adaptability. In order to investigate the teachers to use information technology teaching psychological adaptability, this study is adapted from concept, attitudes adaptation, the ability to adapt teaching support to adapt to the environment and teaching behavior change to adapt to a five-level indicators and 17 secondary indicators compiled a teachers The use of information technology teaching adaptability to the questionnaire, the questionnaire by the initial test of the pre-test, amendments, the Xi'an High School teachers research. Analysis of survey data: the teachers' use of information technology teaching adaptive five-level indicators and 17 secondary indicators using descriptive statistical analysis; different types of high school teachers to use information technology teaching psychological adaptability with a difference Relationship between independent samples T-test and single-factor analysis of variance; teachers' use of information technology teaching behavior change adaptation and ideas to adapt, attitudes adaptation, the ability to adapt and instructional support to adapt to the environment using the method of regression analysis. In this study, the following conclusions: (1) teachers to use information technology teaching adaptability average score of the five-level indicators in order from low to high ability to adapt, to adapt to the environment, adapt attitudes, behavior adaptation, the concept of adaptation. This shows that the current teachers to use information technology teaching process required on the use of information technology teaching ability, teaching support environment adaptability relative attitude, behavior, adaptability of the concept, should be sufficient attention . (2) 17 secondary indicators classroom control, media ability, teaching ability, the outside world (related) support, external pressure, attitude when they encounter problems, information-gathering ability, teaching preparation, self-development (learning) capacity , the teaching process average score is relatively low, mainly concentrated in the adaptive ability, teaching support environment and teaching behavior change. Therefore, to further promote the process of information-based teaching, schools and education departments should teachers for teachers in the use of information technology in the teaching process environment, resources and policy support, to encourage teachers to take use of information technology in teaching, teachers in the process of the actual use of information technology teaching, master and improve the technology and capabilities. (3) This study shows that teachers use teaching of information technology will be the impact of individual teachers and School Factors and teachers the degree of access to information technology and other factors: (1) teachers' use of information technology teaching adaptability due to gender, age, seniority by level of education, job titles and coached disciplines personal background factors are different; ② teachers to use information technology teaching adaptability due to the type of school where teachers, school location and school for the new high school curriculum reform experiment sample schools school conditions and differences; (3) teachers to use information technology teaching adaptability due to individual teachers without a computer, contact the computer's time, the number of days received training in information technology and the use of computer or Internet time teachers the degree of exposure to information technology and differences.
