Abstract


The human resources are the most important strategic resource . With the progress of science and technology , especially the development of the knowledge-based economy , companies are increasingly attach importance to the role of the development of human resources for the business , and to take measures to strengthen the management of human resources . The computer used in human resource management needs of the human resource management and development trends . Design a meet and adapt to the scale of enterprise development, human resources management information system , the urgent needs of the modern enterprise management . With the development of software technology , especially Web services , the emergence of new service-oriented software systems development methodology (SOA) is proposed and developed rapidly. J2EE is a simplified enterprise solution architecture development, deployment and management complexity . J2EE has good scalability , stability , portability , etc. , and J2EE can significantly shorten the time to market of software products , reduce development costs , suitable as a multi-tier distributed enterprise applications open platform . In this paper, the research and development of the human resource management system , service-oriented software development , architecture , principles and methods , as well as the characteristics of the J2EE framework structure and implementation of technology , design a human resources management based on SOA and J2EE architecture information systems. The paper first describes the background and significance of the research , the development of human resources management system , history and Research . Then introduced the key to the implementation of the human resource management system based on SOA and J2EE architecture technologies, including SOA concepts , Web Service technology and J2EE framework . The advantage of these technologies to build enterprise applications . Then J2EE Web services architecture analysis , system architecture and technical implementation of the architecture . And detailed design and analysis of the system in accordance with the system hierarchy . Summarizes the last of the full text of the work , analysis of the shortcomings of the system , and the prospect the new direction of development of the human resource management system .
