Abstract


With the author 's actual experience , to Changchun ABC financial planning , financial planning market standardization for the study based on the use of comparative analysis , empirical analysis , program design , and other methods of Changchun ABC development of Personal Financial Services study and discussion. In this paper, the elaboration of the background, the significance of the topic and the research status , the significance of this study on the development of the personal finance business in Changchun ABC . Authors focused on the reality of Changchun ABC Personal Financial Services carried out to analyze its business to carry out the main problems in the process , and the cause of the problem , and to learn from the advanced experience of domestic and foreign commercial banks in the development of Personal Financial Services , combined Changchun Agricultural Bank of China own characteristics, Changchun ABC development goals of the personal Financial Services , a breakthrough point , service process . The last innovative design with ABC featured personal financial services measures , has practical significance to promote the development of the personal finance business in Changchun ABC . This article to the conclusion that Changchun Agricultural Bank of China to carry out the breakthrough point of the personal finance business can be divided into two points : ( 1) tightly around the construction works of three major banks , to build the core competitiveness ; (2) accelerating branch transformation , improve the overall competitiveness of the wealth management business . Through this study provide some useful exploration and help to deal with the fierce market competition , Changchun Agricultural Bank of China Banking business continued to achieve rapid development of Changchun ABC future Personal Financial Services business ideas and direction of development .
