Abstract


With the increasingly close ties between modern science and technology and economic , scientific and technological innovation is increasingly becoming the power source of the importance of regional economic development . Innovation capability of high-tech enterprises has become a key factor in determining the quality of economic growth of a region and city competitiveness . The construction and development of high-tech enterprises can not be separated from the environment of innovation and entrepreneurship , innovation and entrepreneurial environment conducive to the improvement of the technological innovation capability and competitive industries gather . In this paper, Nanshan District, Shenzhen , for example , the combination of innovative urban construction background investigation sought by high-tech enterprises to understand the technological innovation in the area of high-tech enterprises , the specific service needs of high-tech enterprises in technological innovation , explore aspects of scientific and technological innovation in the development of high-tech industries , Nanshan District, the \The main conclusions of the study include : (1) high-tech enterprises innovative service needs diversity . In this study, the demand for innovative services for high-tech enterprises is divided into eight dimensions of policy , technology , capital , infrastructure , government services , intermediary services , human resources and information, etc. . And the specific differences between the different types and different stages of development of high-tech enterprises in the demand for services . ( 2 ) At present, Nanshan District, high-tech enterprise innovation services supply is still deficient and inadequate . According to the feedback of the questionnaire survey and field interviews , we found that at this stage , Nanshan District, there are still problems with the lack of demand for services in the innovation of high-tech enterprises , these defects mainly in technology funds small-scale and scattered ; obvious effectiveness of preferential tax policies ; wind deficiencies in the system of administration of capital markets ; lack of stamina talent ; innovation platform construction imperfect . (3 ) , Nanshan District Government can optimize the environment for innovation to improve service quality , enhance the innovative capacity of high-tech enterprises . Under the premise of Nanshan this stage innovative service delivery problems , the local industry , industry characteristics, proposed by means of differentiation innovative services strategy , improve the environment of the high-end services market , to improve and enhance the number of IT services supply and quality .
