Abstract


The rapid development of entrepreneurship research since the 1980s attention Timmons entrepreneurial opportunities , entrepreneurial resources and entrepreneurial team dynamic matching three elements of the process model is an important theoretical model of the entrepreneurial process . Entrepreneurship as a starting point for the identification and development of opportunities , entrepreneurial resources is a necessary condition of the entrepreneurial process and basic and entrepreneurs around the opportunity to develop and use coordinate the allocation of resources to complete the dynamic process of entrepreneurship . The rise of science and technology start-ups makes the integration of science and technology resources become an urgent need to solve the important problem . This article discussed from the perspective of the entrepreneurial opportunities concept integration of scientific and technological resources . Reflection and criticism in the field of entrepreneurship research has been dominated by the positivist methodology based on critical realism methodology of entrepreneurial opportunities in depth. Based on critical realism a structure - the dynamic role of the relationship framework clearly expounded in this framework, the two sources of entrepreneurial opportunities . Based on the definition of entrepreneurial resources and technological resources , the application of resource-based theory to discuss the scientific and technological enterprises . Face two different source of opportunity , science and technology start-ups were selected based on both resource endowment and the opportunity to type oriented strategic and resource -oriented strategy . The two strategic guidance , science and technology start-ups to apply a combination of resources from inside and outside the enterprise and the depth of existing resources development of scientific and technological resources integrated approach .
