Abstract


In this paper, the main research purpose is through the outsourcing parts production in automotive industry ready to management theory and practice, summed up a set of advanced automobile industry of China will be applied to practice of outsourcing of production preparation management theory is a practical method, and finally to faw Volkswagen outsourcing production preparation management has a guiding role for the future development. In the thesis, based on the domestic has a higher management level in China and have a representative in the field of faw - Volkswagen automotive co., LTD., the overall project management, outsourcing production preparation and related practical work in the field of process, working principle and working methods, as well as introduction and detailed analysis, by comparing the Chinese auto parts suppliers and parts suppliers in Europe, faw - Volkswagen and German Volkswagen group in the field of outsourcing production preparation status, gives the specific methods and measures to solve these problems, and finally combined with faw - Volkswagen and Chinese auto industry future development direction, points out the direction for the future of the company in the field.
