Abstract


The auto parts company's new product development is an important pillar of the development of the automobile industry , the face of fierce market competition , to gain a firm foothold and efficient development , new project development can not ignore this important part . The new project is the new product development projects , the so-called project management only in the project management of the new product development stage . Project quality management in the automotive industry , often referred to as the advance quality planning of new product development projects for parts enterprises , in order to meet customer requirements of OEMs , but also to the extent reasonably possible, schedule resources , reduce costs , but also the most important stage of development of new projects . In this thesis, is this method of project quality management , as well as on the basis of the existing theory , combined with the actual situation of the new product development projects Changchun Enfu oil seal , to present their views on the problems , carried some optimization research . The main problem is that the project organization structure is not clear , the responsibilities are not clear , the project quality management process is not simple and effective as well as with leaders at all levels in the project quality management system requirements . I hope to achieve improvement in the status quo , improve efficiency , and the purpose of rational use of resources .
