Jilin Province as the old industrial bases in northeast China , due to historical , resource endowments , geography , and many other factors , the economic structure, especially in the industrial structure , there are many contradictions , restricting the economic and social development in Jilin Province . The papers from the perspective of sustainable development , based on the theory of industrial structure , drawing on the industrial structure of modern economics theory research , starting from the actual situation of the economic development of Jilin Province , Jilin Province, economy , resources and environment system coordinated development were analyzed. Analysis of the relationship between the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure of Jilin Province and sustainable development capacity , and pointed out the problem with the causes of the problems existing in the industrial structure of Jilin Province , and put forward countermeasures under the framework of sustainable development , industrial restructuring and development of Jilin Province : First , give full play to the potential advantages of the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure of Jilin Province ; second is to consolidate the dominant position of agriculture ; third , and take the road of the new industrial , and strengthen the capacity of sustainable development ; fourth , vigorously develop the tertiary industry; strengthening of foreign economic cooperation and exchanges .
