In this study, starting from the teaching and research problems in the status quo of the existing problems of traditional teaching and research aims to seek change ideas and specific strategies of teaching and research in the context of knowledge management theory . This study suggests that at the request of the professional development of teachers and school-based research , and the new curriculum reform , teaching and research should totally become can promote the professional development of teachers , at the same time to carry out the learning community of the school-based research , and the author of this new teaching organizational form which is defined as shared teaching and research that is stressed the teachers through cooperation, sharing and contribute their tacit knowledge , and learn the tacit knowledge of others , in this knowledge-sharing environment , so that teaching and research expertise of the teacher team externalization establish a teaching and research team or the organization of knowledge . This study hopes to teachers , school administrators , and education sectors , aware of the problems of traditional teaching and research , and to take advantage of the theory of knowledge management and knowledge sharing , by building shared teaching and research to make the teaching and research to become a true teaching and research organization , to improve teachers professional development to improve school - based research capacity , promote the construction of school knowledge management system . This study through literature analysis , traditional teaching and research teaching rather than research , to become Chief of the formalization of the status quo , explore its causes . Then further clarified by literature analysis , knowledge management and knowledge sharing related concepts , and related research were reviewed in order to clear research topic , to lay the theoretical foundation of the study . Then , this study proposes the concept of the definition of the concept , characteristics shared teaching and research . The research and the use of the interview survey, questionnaire survey and supplemented by case analysis and observation , in-depth understanding of the school teaching and research for knowledge management and knowledge sharing attitude and its status quo and explore knowledge sharing in teaching and research forward necessary and the difficulties faced by . Finally , the study proposes a strategy mode to build shared teaching and research , and for practical reference with case .
