Abstract


In recent years, with the sustained and rapid development of the social economy, China's economy has to get rid of shortages, market economy shifted from a seller's to a buyer's market, as one of the driving economic growth \pull of the rate of economic growth is the most basic, the expansion of consumer demand, the greatest potential in the rural areas. How to expand consumer demand, especially in the current hot issue of concern at all levels of government to expand rural consumption demand. Therefore, the social security laws and support mechanisms for the expansion of consumer demand in rural areas, it is not only able to solve the \With the development of China's economy in recent years and the progress of society, the rural consumer issues get more and more attention, and domestic scholars in consumption rural and expand rural consumption measures are more adequate research. For the improvement of China's rural social security system, domestic scholars have also been systematically studied. But the role played by the social security laws and support mechanisms to expand rural consumption demand, and how to expand through the perfection of the social security system in rural consumption demand, few scholars studied systematically. This article through research, the current status quo of rural social impact of the social security system in rural consumption were analyzed, and survey data, make recommendations for building a social security laws and support mechanisms to promote rural consumer demand. The first part introduces the background of the writing of this article, the purpose and significance of research literature review, research methods and design presented in this article. The second part of the article a brief introduction to the social security system, and a detailed analysis of the economic value of the social security system, as well as to improve the social security laws and support mechanisms for the expansion of the rural consumer demand urgency. In the third chapter, the article summarizes the results of the questionnaire survey of official data of rural China and consumer demand for social security, health and related systems. And comprehensive analysis of the survey results, as well as a variety of literature, the status quo of China's rural social security system restricting the rural consumption factors are discussed. In the fourth chapter, the article examines the status of foreign social security laws and expand rural consumption demand system, foreign expansion of the social security system of the rural consumer demand and a comparative analysis, summed up to our relevant system to build the perfect reference . In the fifth chapter, the the article draw conclusions, and recommendations to improve our system of social security laws and expand rural consumption demand.
