Abstract


The scientific concept of development is to adhere to the people-oriented, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development concept. Establishment of economic evaluation system is conducive to implement the scientific concept of development and build a harmonious society, to maintain stable and rapid economic development, and to promote sustainable economic and social development. At present, China's economic evaluation index system is imperfect, a single evaluation method, the lack of an effective evaluation mechanism has become the main problems in this stage of China's economic evaluation system. This thesis is divided into four chapters, the first chapter introduces the research background, research content and research framework; established the county economic evaluation index system. The third chapter is based on the model of the economic evaluation of the scientific concept of development, Chapter IV were used cross-sectional data for empirical studies of the 10 sub-provincial cities and 10 districts in Dalian. The main research work are as follows: (1) establishing the economic evaluation model based on the combination of empowerment. Entropy method combination index system established by the research group is based on the use of the subjective weighting the triangular fuzzy and objective weight based on the combination of the economic evaluation model to empower, and 10 sub-provincial cities determine the index weight, to establish a cross-section data for empirical analysis. (2) the establishment of the economic evaluation model based on improved TOPSIS. According to \By eliminating the reverse phenomenon of TOPSIS and objectively determine the index weights based the improved TOPSIS economic evaluation model and empirical analysis of the 10 counties of the cross-sectional data. The pros and cons of the overall results of the evaluation of the main characteristics and innovation: (1) the ideal solution and negative ideal solution set to a fixed value, so that the sample before and after the increase or decrease of TOPSIS evaluation object relationship unchanged solve the TOPSIS evaluation samples can be added and can reduce problems. Existing research TOPSIS increase or decrease the number of evaluation objects will have the reverse order before and after the increase or decrease in generation logic confusion. The study by the ideal solution and negative ideal solution set to a fixed value, so that the same evaluation of the pros and cons of the object relations sample decrease changed TOPSIS ideal solution and negative ideal solution with sample values ??change in reverse order to solve the the TOPSIS evaluation of object number and less problems. (2) determined by Combination Weighting weight overall index, which reflects not only the knowledge and experience of the expert evaluation indicators subjective weighting, and includes an objective to empower a true reflection of the actual data.
