Abstract


In recent years , China's rapid development of urban modernization , house demolition to become a hot issue . Urban Housing Demolition practice , there is a serious social conflicts , triggered controversy and disputes . House demolition and its essence is a national public authority intervention in the private housing ownership , this intervention must be the basis of its legitimacy , the public interest is this intervention the only legitimacy entity basis , always should be run through the process of house demolition . January 21, 2011 , the State Council , the newly announced implementation of the \interests , to properly resolve the contradiction caused by the demolition of housing construction land in the city 's rapid development process . This article reviews a house demolition in recent years , the status quo , research and analysis of the interest in the house demolition , house demolition disputes behind the clear essence of the dispute over interests , research developed in house demolition in the terms of the public interest to balance the interests of all parties , explore the mechanism of the balance of interests for the condition of our house demolition , housing demolition in the public interests and personal interests to live in harmony .
