Abstract


Restriction mechanism of traditional Chinese and Western powers , there are many differences , mainly in three aspects : first , the basic point of the power restriction on performance ; Second , in Western republican democracy \mode power constraints , the performance of the Western power restriction means differences in civil society under the guidance of \the difference between the performance of the West \Mechanisms of power differences between China and the West , there are many reasons , this article attempts to progressive analysis from three aspects of the methodology of philosophy , ethics and political outlook . Philosophical methodology , the Western concept of \Western \the concept compared to authoritarian rule a reasonable explanation ; political outlook , Western society 's basic political tradition with \discrete with the formation of traditional checks and balances so that the exercise of power always reflect the \logically infer centralization and political phenomenon of private rights .
