Abstract


Currently, the academia of the country under the rule of law ought , that the value of the pursuit of the country under the rule of law has made ??a lot of interpretation , discusses the concept of a country under the rule of law in full , to map out a rule of law on the basis of the country under the rule of law and the pursuit of value content , blueprint. However , exploring the mode of the rule of law in line with China 's national conditions rarely works discussed , the rule of law mode of empirical research to be strengthened , after all, the realization of the country under the rule of law also requires the completion of a text to implement the process . To remedy this , we need to strengthen the study of the development model of the rule of law in China . In after determining this topic , I seriously collected data on the mode of development of the rule of law at home and abroad , many Chinese and foreign scholars have read carefully the legal works , basically have a certain theoretical basis . The text is divided into five parts , the first part is mainly the interpretation of the concept of rule of law in countries including the modern concept of the state of the rule of law to sort out the definitions and elements of modern country under the rule of law should have ; second part is the specific model of the rule of law analysis , including elaborate and summarized the modern country ruled by law mode mode the meaning of the rule of law ; third part of China to achieve a modern country ruled by law mode selection , including the analysis of the rule of law characteristic of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the inevitability of China 's rule of law mode select conjugated to discourse ; fourth part is the modern rule of law , should have the basic signs to be explored ; fifth part to think the main problem for China to achieve modernization of the rule of law , it should be noted . Came to the conclusion of the inevitability of the development model of the rule of law chose bound , domestic and international factors shape , we can say \is the inevitable choice of history and reality .
