Abstract


Currently, the drug problem and the consequent crime is increasing, and has been a great impediment to social stability and harmony. Difficult to eliminate the root causes of drug-related crimes is drug withdrawal difficult nature of the original drug model has some defects, the number of drug addicts has not been effectively controlled. Drug law, enacted in 2007, this new community drug treatment drug treatment mode, detoxified addicts under the premise of maintaining close contact with the family and the community, to effectively overcome the disadvantage of custodial modalities, and is conducive to promoting China the progress of the anti-drug work. Community drug in the country started soon, the pilot phase in the simultaneous practice to explore how to effectively play the role of community drug faces many problems and challenges.
