Abstract


Since the reform and opening up, along with the increasing maturity of the market economy, the gradual improvement of grass-roots democracy in rural mass spiritual civilization-depth development, and the implementation of a new socialist countryside construction, China's traditional national and individual farmers relational schema is in sharp transformation into independent factors and social forces of the individual farmers growing culture of rural citizens is quietly rising and slow development.
