Abstract


Building a new socialist countryside is an important strategic task to promote social development in China . All aspects related to rural economic , political , cultural and social development under the new situation of building a new socialist countryside , integrated engineering and comprehensively promote the construction of an economic and cultural construction , the building of democracy , building a harmonious society . Under the new historical conditions , to solve the \Cultural construction in rural areas is an important part of the new rural development and spiritual protection , is also a long-term system engineering . The third part is the full text of the emphasis and difficulty , summed up the New cultural construction in rural areas are the main achievements and existing problems , the field survey of Shenyang City, \the situation for the existence of the problem and its causes profound analysis . The fourth part is triggered for the third part of Deep Thought of cultural construction in rural areas should have a correct , clear development of ideas , should grasp the overall direction and route of cultural construction in rural areas , according to this general direction , objective , specific proposed some measures to improve the rural cultural construction .
