The teaching internship boat has a very significant role in the process of shipping personnel training , security is very important . Teaching internship ship in China Dalian Maritime University , for example has gone through the \the internship boat , train a large number of shipping personnel , has played an irreplaceable role in maritime education , however , so far no one has been teaching training vessel systematic safety assessment , the establishment of its safety influencing factors are still in the exploratory stage , focus and weaknesses in its management has yet to be strengthened ; therefore necessary to its safety evaluation . The purpose of the safety evaluation on the basis of the risk identification and risk assessment , search , analysis and forecasting works , dangerous and harmful factors exist in the system and may lead to the severity of the accident , and to analyze the impact of the risk presented reasonably practicable, the safety measures guidance hazard control and accident prevention , in order to achieve the lowest accident rate , a minimum of loss and optimal security investment efficiency . In this paper, the necessity and significance of the safety evaluation of teaching practice boat , comprehensive use of security systems engineering theory and methods of teaching practice boat safety evaluation , and selection of safety evaluation methods , evaluation of data acquisition , the selection of the evaluation the study of the problem , build a comprehensive evaluation of the teaching internship ship model , real ship survey data processing to get the index weight by analytic hierarchy process , fuzzy center of gravity calculated factors set the obtained \results. Finally, according to the safety evaluation results obtained control and preventive measures of risk events , and give specific recommendations from the four aspects of personnel, machinery , management , environment .
