Background: The eczema is caused by a variety of internal and external factors epidermis and superficial dermal inflammation. Worldwide impact of common diseases of human health, dermatology. According to its course and clinical features of eczema can be divided into acute, sub acute eczema, chronic eczema. Cronic eczema is always recurrent and potraction Objective: To observe curative effect of the narrow band UVB combined drug therapy of chronic eczema.Methods: 261 outpatients were randomly divided into 4 groups of 60 were treated with oral + topical + phototherapy + topical, oral + phototherapy, topical + phototherapy, phototherapy alone.Results: Oral + topical + light therapy group was the highest, 91.67%, compared with the other three groups (χ2=8.66 P<0.05,χ2=31.50,P<0.05,χ2=8.04 P<0.05) were significant, The effective rate of topical + light therapy was 68.33%, compared with phototherapy alone group (58.33% efficiency) (χ2 = 8.66, P <0.05) ,there is statistically significant difference .The difference was not statistically significant between phototherapy+ topical and oral + topical medications (73.33% (χ2 = 1.55 P <0.05)..Conclusions: Oral + topical + light therapy is the best treatment
