Abstract


With the advance of reform and opening up and market economic reform , China 's social structure will be changed. Differentiated on the basis of the original working class , the peasantry , the intellectual class , the self-employed , private business owners , entrepreneurs and technical personnel in the private technology enterprises , intermediary organizations, practitioners, managerial and technical staff employed by foreign-funded enterprises in six strata of freelance personnel . In order to distinguish it from the original social structure , these six freshmen class in 2001 to celebrate the 80th anniversary of his speech , Jiang Zemin called for a new social class . New social stratum is mainly engaged in the field of non-public ownership economy , compared to both the common and the workers and peasants , but also has its own characteristics . New social class in all aspects for the community to make a positive contribution , they are the builders of the socialist modernization . The new generation of social class , and growth can not be separated from the support of the party's policies , and it is in this group gave birth to the party's reform and opening up and support the non-public economic development policy . New social strata of the party's policies can be divided into economic policies and political policies , the evolution of the economic policies so that the new social strata gone through three stages : initial stage , the gradual growth stage , the stage of rapid development , political policies including the establishment of its legal status , unified front policy , expanding political participation policy . The policy of the new social class , the party has the significance of a major turning point : from the past too much emphasis on the role of the relations of production to adjust the relations of production and the development of the productive forces , from the Revolutionary Party to struggle from class to class harmony . However, due to the new social strata belonging to private owners of production , there is the phenomenon of exploitation and illegal political participation , with other sectors of the contradictions , the party's policy challenges . But the contradiction between the various strata are contradictions among the people , the party to stand in the point of view of the balance of interests to deal with the conflict of interest between the class through the legal system to establish social negotiation mechanism to ease the contradiction , and guide them to the healthy growth of socialist core value system .
