Objective:To explore the impacts of pathologic types and other clinical indicators on the organ selections of distal metastasis of lung cancer. Methods:Clinical data of 150 cases of lung cancer patient with metastasis were collected. According to the different distal metastasis sites, all of the samples were divided into 4 groups-bone metastasis, intrapulmonary metastasis, brain metastasis and hepatic metastasis group. Gender, age, smoking index, pathologic features, counts of white blood cells and serum globumin were selected to be retrospectively analyzedResults:In the four groups, gender, age, smoking index, counts of white blood cell and serum globumin were NOT correlated with organ selections of distal metastasis. Whereas pathologic types were correlated with them. Conclusions:The gender, age, smoking index, pathologic features, counts of white blood cell and serum globumin are not the factors influencing the organ selections of metastasis. However, lung cancer patients with different pathologic types varies in the organ selections of metastasis.
