Objective: To detect hepatocellular VEGF, nm23-H1 expression , hepatocellular carcinoma metastasis and VEGF, nm23-H1 expression of the relationship between liver cancer patients to determine the clinical prognosis reference. Method: 1 , specimen collection : February 2009 - October 2009 at the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University Hospital of Hepatobiliary Vascular Surgery , hepatic resection of HCC (hepatocellular carcinoma; HCC) in 84 patients . All specimens were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde , paraffin specimens. 2 , SP immunohistochemical determination of liver tissue VEGF, nm23-H1 expression . Results : 1, nm23-H1 expression and VEGF total positive rate was 44.1% ( 37/ 84 ) and 71.4% ( 60/ 84 ) . 2, VEGF positive expression rate of metastasis group was 83.1% ( 44 /53 ) , significantly higher than the 51.6% in the group without metastasis ( 16 / 31 ) . 3, nm23-H1 positive expression rate of metastasis group was 32.0% ( 17 /53 ) , significantly lower than the 54.8% without metastasis ( 17 / 31 ) . 4 , the lower the degree of tumor differentiation , nm23-H1 expression lower , while the expression of VEGF stronger . 5, nm23-H1 and VEGF in HCC metastasis associated with , a negative correlation . CONCLUSION : nm23-H1 in the high degree of differentiation of HCC was significantly higher than the low differentiated hepatocellular carcinoma , metastasis was significantly higher than with metastasis group, the difference was statistically significant. VEGF in poorly differentiated HCC tissues was significantly higher than the high HCC differentiation , metastasis group was significantly lower than the metastasis group, the difference was statistically significant , suggesting that detect nm23-H1, VEGF expression in HCC prognosis of HCC judgment has important reference value .
