Abstract


With the continuous advance of human society, the economy and society with science and technology rapid development, people's living standards greatly improved the quality of life are increasingly high requirements. Organizations in order to survive and must improve its quality competitiveness, sustainable development must correctly understand and sustained attention to the close relationship between quality, cost-effective three. Today, the connotation of the concept of quality has made a breakthrough in the development of extended to the quality of the work, process quality, product quality, service quality. The issue of the cost of the quality of research is to study how to provide the best quality with the least cost, or study how to achieve the lowest cost under the premise of ensuring appropriate quality. Quality costs generally accepted view is the cost of quality is divided into four categories, namely, prevention costs, appraisal costs, internal loss costs and external costs of losses. The goal is the pursuit of quality cost management optimization of the total cost of quality and structure to ensure that the appropriate quality and minimum cost, to avoid too stringent quality requirements and quality surplus and low quality standards and quality, both quality economic phenomenon will affect the effectiveness of the organization, and ultimately endanger the survival and development of the organization. The cost of quality theory is applied to the hospital organization focuses on the accounting of the cost of hospital quality, methods of analysis, and finally through the practical application of the Six Sigma DMAIC model to optimize the cost of hospital quality, and the effect of the cost of hospital quality optimized verified , a summary of the experience gained.
