Abstract


China in 1987 at the National College Athletics Team, its purpose is to promote the development of Chinese Universities level of competitive sports, the gradual integration with the world university competitive sports, train outstanding sports talent for the country, trying to become the selection of outstanding athletes in China a new way. Ten years later, Fujian University Athletic Teams better complete the first two training target date yet to train elite athletes on behalf of the State to participate in the World University Games. While the vast majority of for the province in the National Undergraduate Competition gold medal winners in the sports team in training students, real training of the students in the school are few and far between. What is the reason for restricting the development of university athletes in competitive level, has been placed in various colleges and universities before a common problem. University Athletic Teams of learning and training management, we must first solve the problem in the development process of high-level sports teams. University Athletic Teams of learning and training management is a system, the complexity of the project. This article through learning and training in the Fujian province of University Athletic Teams fieldwork and survey to understand characteristics of Fujian University Athletic team management, including the organization of the sports teams, office teams mode athletes sources, school management ( school system, professional arrangements, the form of group classes, cultural classes appraisal methods), sports teams, project setup, training management, competition management, logistics management (management of venues and facilities, medical supervision, management, scientific research level management), coaches and management. On the status of high-level athletes learn to make a study of the effect of athletes classroom learning, independent learning ability, the extent of cultural studies, knowledge and influence factors. Training status quo, on the level of athlete training, access to training information, training state. Through surveys and mathematical statistics and logical analysis of the returned questionnaires, research; colleges and universities should be building a professional management team of high-level sports teams; improve the quality of enrollment; perfect sports team training and competition system of rewards and punishments; based mining school The advantages of the project; perfect venue facilities, to encourage university research personnel dedicated to the study of the high-level sports teams; introduce coaches competition mechanism.
