Abstract


In China, yoga fitness method for its respect for nature, the unique physical and mental fitness equilibrium theory, won fitness enthusiasts respected and loved. However, with the popularity of yoga, yoga commercial market demand management issues raised increasingly apparent. In this study, literature, yoga at home and abroad to collect research data, an overview of China's market demand for yoga in the epidemic situation, for both the Shenzhen and Nanning yoga position to carry out field surveys and analysis, reveals yoga club in our model appear to carry out problems and come up with strategies for the public health campaign mode selection to provide theoretical guidance. The results showed that: a yoga fitness staff, mostly women, and the age distribution of concentrated practice staff. Developed areas of people's knowledge of yoga than less developed regions. Recommendation: Yoga should be properly publicity effect, make yoga a better service for the public health crowd. 2 Compared with traditional yoga, modern yoga cured biased inheritance and cultural studies, which demonstrated to posture and body sculpting practice, emphasizing breathing and with selective forms of sport motivation tends to reflect the moment people efficacy. Yoga in the development of our country has emerged with other fitness programs (mainly tai chi) combined forms of exercise. Recommendation: Under the influence of the modern fitness concepts, encourage it with other movement pattern combine to make yoga forms, to avoid injuries occur, better public commitment to fitness needs. 3 yoga instructor uneven level of training institutions affected by commercial sexual dominated by profit, limiting the development of coaches. Recommendation: should develop rigorous and comprehensive coach training institutions, integrated to improve the standard of teaching coaches. Encouraged to fitness for purpose of the yoga exercise in the form of choreography, better for our yoga fitness crowd for guidance. 4 of yoga operators complicated, curriculum disorder, it becomes an opportunity to pursue commercial interests. Recommendation: yoga curriculum system should follow the traditional classification system of yoga. 5 of yoga exercise management system is still not perfect, has not yet established the relative authority of the governing body. Recommendation: the relative authority of yoga should be established governing body, a clear concept of operations and market positioning, from a consumer point of view, formulate rules and regulations, standardize the market order, a better future for yoga sustained and stable development of macro-management.
