Abstract


In today's Sino-Japanese relations, historical problem has plagued the Chinese and Japanese governments and peoples . Japan's long-term war of aggression , especially brutal germ warfare , it is the Japanese during World War II in China committed extremely serious crimes. Due to historical reasons that Japanese Germ Warfare legacy issues . The late 1980s, China Civil Claims Movement , Germ Warfare in China as the Chinese victims Litigation Civil Claims important aspects of litigation , but also carried out together . China has experienced a civil lawsuit germ warfare long difficult journey more than ten years .
