Abstract


Taking part in a swimming not only can promote healthy body but also can train a person’s strong will quality. Furthermore, it is also a kind of existence skill. Meanwhile, swimming, because of its wide orientation, full of interests, Therefore, swimming becomes the best choice that people can carry on to toughen their body. The swimming elective lesson is one of the foundation courses of athletics lesson in the high school. Its educating content is a necessary and important ring, in the high school that educate. In the last few years, along with swimming field and building facility in Heilongjiang province being perfect and heads pay more attention on school swimming exercise, conditioned high school in Heilongjiang province started the lesson of swimming one after another. According to the investigation, the swimming, an elective lesson, is subjected to more and more students’favor in the high school. But with its popularity of he game at the same time, there also reflect some problems to be settle.This study combines Ministry of Education’s and National Athletics Central’s related request, trying to inspect and analysis from swimming elective lesson through essential elements and each linkages, including student swimming recognition, participating attitude of swimming, swimming interest, swimming effect and basic present condition in common high school in Heilongjiang province, and basic status of swimming teachers troops, the inquiries and the swimming elective lessons. Through studying and analyzing conditions, this thesis combines education for all-round development and athletics reform in education in Heilongjiang province, it also will find out the factor and then check swimming selective lesson condition, and then get solution and give our suggestion. Trying to reflect Heilongjiang high school swimming developing of selective lesson’s present condition, hope that this study can swim for Heilongjiang province condition and make some efforts.
