Abstract


The further strengthening of the ideological and political education work is a major task facing the new era of higher education . College counselors is important backbone of ideological and political education , the the counselor team 's overall quality , largely determine the effectiveness of the ideological and political education . In order to improve the overall quality of counselors , college counselors specialized construction is imperative . This paper is divided into five chapters : Chapter : including the topics of the background , significance ; research trends at home and abroad ; research innovation and shortcomings . Chapter II : College Counselors connotation and specialized construction standards. Chapter III : The meaning of the status quo of college counselors , analysis, and college counselors specialized construction . Chapter 4 : Contrast professional development and characteristics of the American Student Affairs managers , looking for inspiration for our counselors specialized construction . Chapter 5 : The proposed college counselors specialized construction pathway , respectively, from building a scientific theoretical system , the establishment of Counselors access mechanism , aspects of sound counselor incentives and security system recommendations .
