Abstract


With the comprehensive economic and social development, the deepening of the reform of the school teachers 'leadership has become an inevitable requirement for teachers' professional development, and has also become a hot issue in Western education sector concern. Teacher leadership is of great significance to deepen the school reform, to promote the professional development of teachers, and improve the quality of teaching.
