Abstract


The improvement of the effectiveness of the backbone of rural primary and secondary teacher training is of great significance for promoting the professional development of teachers in rural areas , promote the development of rural education . Narrative of education is education in the cultural context of the particular social use of narrative , a description of the expression , the form of a story to show the behavior of a series of sex education events have occurred or are occurring , or speech finished . It has a reflective , witnessed , constructivist , subjective feedback , deep description such features . Play an important role in improving the effectiveness of the backbone of rural primary and secondary teacher training . This study sought to Jining, Shandong Province Rural backbone teacher training cases from both theory and practice , and the analysis of the basic principles of educational narrative in teacher training as well as specific applications strategy . The contents of this article consists of four parts . Part I: Introduction . Why introduce the study , the purpose and significance of the study of the current theoretical circles on the backbone of the rural primary and secondary teacher training and educational narrative research carding, and define the related concepts , brief introduction to the ideas and methods . Part II: the use of education the narrative improve the internal mechanism of the backbone of rural primary and secondary teacher training effectiveness . Brief introduction to the content of education narrative , the characteristics of the two dimensions of the relationship between education the narrative backbone teacher training in rural primary and secondary in the application of the reasonable from a theoretical basis and both described . Part III: use of educational narrative improve the effectiveness of the backbone of rural primary and secondary schools , teacher training practice base . Combined with hands-on analysis of the results of interviews and questionnaires found that the current educational narrative in the backbone of the rural primary and secondary teacher training applications . Part IV: use of educational narrative to improve the effectiveness of the recommendations and requirements of the backbone of rural primary and secondary teacher training .
