Abstract


Professional development of teachers is the current focus of attention , the essence and core of the professional development of teachers is the improvement of professionalism of teachers . The literature review found that the depth and systematic study of domestic researchers still lack the professionalism of the early childhood teachers . Based on a lot of reading literature , this study used questionnaires and interviews to Banan District, Chongqing , Jiangjin , Pengshui County rural kindergarten teachers conducted a field survey for the object , and the main content of the survey include : basic preschool teachers , professional attitude , professional knowledge , professional competence and professionalism factors affecting preschool teachers . The survey results show that : teachers ' professional attitude is generally good , but professionalism is low : most of the teachers have a strong professional consciousness and belief ; caring for children ; stronger sense of responsibility ; early childhood education professional knowledge needs to be strengthened ; There are strong educational capacity; education monitoring capabilities of developments uneven ; stronger sense of teaching and research , teaching and research capacity is low . Professionalism of lead preschool teachers in rural areas of the main reasons : lack of professional understanding of the social Kindergarten teachers ; fewer opportunities for teacher training , and the lack of targeted ; teachers cultural non- benign ; nursery management for improvement ; teacher burnout ; teachers professional learning is not confident ; family of teachers participate in professional learning support is not enough . To solve these problems , this article suggests : to establish and perfect the system of teacher professional development ; strengthen in-service training of teachers ; teaching and research to promote the cultural construction of teachers form a learning community of teachers .
