Abstract


With the:development of modern society,colleges and universities which charging with the arduous task of cultivation,developing science and serving society,but as far as they are concerned,cultivating high-level professionals is the most basic task,and student’s working management affects the quality of higher education,so it becomes one of the most important factors which restricts the development of higher education.Furthermore,with the development of socialism legislation,lawful management has become the inevitable choice for the society organizations,and also colleges and universities can’t not avoid,so the lawful student’s management is the necessary way to university management.It is pity that student’s working management is not perfect in theory or especially in practice. So this research takes lawful student’s management in colleges and universities as its study object.There are five chapters in this study:the first chapter is a introduction which gives a briefly description of research background, related literature research review, the core concepts of the definition and research content and methods on the student’s management in universities and colleges; The second chapter is a review and legalization history of the college student management in our country; As the basic theory analysis of this paper, the third chapter expounds the three kinds relationships that should be clarified in the process of college student management; The fourth chapter analysis the present problems and causes of the college students’management in China deeply and systematically; In chapter 5, according to the present problems, we put forward some suggestions in terms of the management concept, system construction, strengthen the execution procedures in order to perfecting the legalization of colleges student management system.
