Abstract


Material quota is an important part of enterprise information , enterprise basis for organizing production , how to solve the fixed material preparation process inefficient , heavy workload , accuracy and poor has become accelerate market rapid response capability , improve their own competitiveness of key . With the continuous improvement of the social productive forces , the development of computer science and technology , information technology widely used to promote the rapid development of enterprises . Is now a business imperative in the steel cutting material production processes using information technology to effectively improve utilization of steel , save steel , reduce production costs. Based on the analysis based on C / S mode of the plate nesting and quota management integrated system based on the characteristics , combined with the current software development techniques and the latest developments in Internet technology , constructed based on B / S and C / S mixed mode sheet sets material and quota management system . The system uses B / S and C / S mixed mode , for the process, query, browse , etc. low correlation with the client functionality using B / S to achieve in order to increase system speed , reduce the system updates the maintenance workload ; For nesting optimization function , as it relates to require client manually , so keep the original C / S mode . Based on B / S and C / S mixed mode blank nesting and quota management system will process, optimizing nesting calculation is integrated with fixed , achieved in part automatically optimize nesting material fixed on the basis of calculations , an increase of material utilization , improve the accuracy of the material fixed to shorten the preparation time fixed ; system uses B / S and C / S mixed mode , give full play to advantages of mixed mode to improve the operating efficiency of the system as a whole played a nesting optimization client performance. In addition , the system uses a MySQL database to meet SME practice situation .
