Abstract


Tends to be more complex and dynamic market environment faced by the enterprises of the 21st century, more intense social competition in the industry is facing. At present, China's pharmaceutical industry is undergoing profound changes, especially after China's accession to the WTO, the pharmaceutical industry is faced with good opportunities for development, while also facing serious challenges. Competition between the pharmaceutical industry is no longer confined to a single enterprise, but the entire supply chain competition, the design and management of the supply chain enterprises to win the next contest has become the most fundamental and core competitiveness. Integrated supply chain management has become links upstream and downstream enterprises to coordinate the efficient functioning of a central feature of the body of the supply chain, and procurement throughout the supply chain is always permeate all aspects of the supply network, improve supply chain for procurement has become integrated to improve competition The ability of a key link. Therefore, for the study of integrated supply chain procurement management, it is urgent and significant. In this thesis, the supply chain integration of theory with practice ideas, procurement management of H pharmaceutical companies have been studied from the point of view of process optimization. The main work is the use of business process reengineering procurement management process H pharmaceutical company conducted a comprehensive design and planning, based on the analysis of the H pharmaceutical company's operations and procurement management situation, from the point of view of integrated supply chain based on business process reengineering procurement of integrated supply chain management and supply chain environment. Through the core processes in the integrated supply chain environment: Order integration process, the signing of the agreement process and OEM process, supplier evaluation process optimization, and centralized procurement of the overall operation of process reengineering, H pharmaceutical companies to achieve centralized procurement and lay a solid foundation.
