Abstract


With the global economic integration process as well as China’s successful accession to WTO, China’s port industry is facing more intense competition from international market environment.In these serious challenges, the port enterprises should strive to improve the scientific and technological innovation. Therefore,scientifically evaluation of port enterprises technological innovation capability,and to the specific port as a case study,Port of science and technology innovation for the proposed scientific strategies and recommendations on the promotion port development of the industry has a very important significance.First,in this paper, scholars at home and abroad descript situation of study on science and technology innovation, technological innovation of the port industry and evaluation of enterprise innovation ability . An overview of the meaning and characteristics of scientific and technological innovation, and technological innovation system elements, and provides details on the characteristics of port enterprises scientific and technological innovation.Second, studing the status of scientific and technological development of port enterprises at home and abroad, according to the port enterprise’s own characteristics, consider five-pronged:Science and Technology Innovation Resources, Capacity of Scientific and Technological Achievements into, Scientific and Technological Innovation and Management Capabilities, Scientific and Technological Innovation System, and Corporate Culture.Selected indicators of operational port enterprises to set up scientific and technological innovation ability index system, and the corresponding model. And select the appropriate methods of evaluation,application of AHP to determine weights of indicators,the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the evaluation index system,in order to provide better behind the study and research programs.Finally, cases of Qinhuangdao Port to conduct a case study, the status of scientific and technological innovation of Dinhuangdao Port are analyzed. And analyzed the impact of scientific and technological innovation capability of enterprises of factors, to evaluate the establishment of scientific and technological innovation ability of enterprise evaluation model. Gives the scientific and technological innovation to enhance business strategies and recommendations to promote the rapid development of Qinhuangdao Port.
