Abstract


In Enterprise Archives, mining the Competitive intelligence value can assist administrator to make decision and to set down the enterprise development strategy. As for enterprise, mining information with CIV is a matter of great urgency for enterprise archive, however, in fact, which is influenced and restricted by many factors. In the background of knowledge management, according to the enterprise need, mining CI with competitive intelligence in enterprise archive to extract and integrate information through knowledge management. Based on analysis and induction of CIV, this article distills information of competitive intelligence value so that gain the competition advantage over knowledge service with excellent quality and high efficiency .The article analyses the relationship between enterprise archive and knowledge administration, and uses CI workflow for reference and discuss to construct the whole framework of CI value in enterprise archive mining . Then in the following chapter, the content of framework are detailed commented. These chapters discusses the contact of all aspects of links which is various sub-areas based on knowledge management, and strengthen the enterprise archive development and utilization.
