With the deepening of the intelligent robot research , put forward higher requirements on the interaction between man and machine . Speech recognition technology and robot control technology combined human voice signal to control the robot, this intelligent interactive way to become a hot research of intelligent robots . The robot voice recognition control system design requirements for a specific environment voice commands to control the behavior of the robot , at the beginning of the study , the control command more choice words , and the positioning of this article is to design a non-specific isolated word robot voice recognition system. The paper -depth analysis of the basic principles and the basic flow of the speech recognition system , and in-depth study - double zero crossing rate threshold endpoint detection algorithm based on energy extraction algorithm based on linear prediction (LP) feature extraction algorithm based on Mel spectrum characteristics . Three classic addition depth study of hidden Markov model (HMM) algorithm : forward - backward algorithm , Viterbi algorithm , Baum-Welch algorithm , as well as the HMM - based isolated word speech recognition system principles and processes. Given laboratory robot platform , this article uses the idea of modularity of software design and software architecture . The whole robot voice recognition control system is divided into three modules , which gave a detailed design and implementation of GUI man-machine interface module with voice recognition module . GUI man-machine interface module uses the Qt graphics library ; voice training to establish acoustic model developed by the University of Cambridge HTK toolkit to create ; Recognizer speech recognition using speech recognition engine for the joint development of Kyoto University in Japan and the Japanese IPA Julius.
