Abstract


The lumbar in recent years gradually increased the incidence of degenerative diseases , caused due to degenerative lumbar instability , the need to line interbody fusion patients is increasing year by year . Many types of surgical procedures for interbody fusion , which the TLIF technique ( after transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion) is a relatively new surgical method , with less trauma , fusion rate , in line with the spine biomechanical characteristics interbody fusion field is gradually dominate . This paper describes the TLIF technology and kidney -shaped interbody fusion application in our hospital .
