Abstract


With the development of Internet, Web has become an important platform where people express their opinions and emotions. The collection and analysis of Web public opinion has turned into an effective measure of relational department acquiring the idea and advice of people. As an active communication of many people involved, the public opinion of the BBS exhibition is very important for relational enterprise and department grasping the current ideological and behavior trend of people.The intelligent analysis of BBS public opinion includes the acquiring of BBS public opinion, Chinese automatic word segmentation, extracting keywords automatically, analyzing hot topic, forecasting the trends of the view and so on. It uses a minimum of manpower and material resources to achieve optimal effectiveness of public opinion analysis. BBS public opinion analysis systems, by which monitoring work is completed, achieve intelligent analysis of BBS public opinion efficiently. Ultimately, user, who need not track and monitor individual BBS manually, will be able to grasp the information which user need on the BBS timely, accurately, comprehensively and objectively.The article describes the general framework of the BBS public opinion analysis system, which includes the functions of getting the information on BBS, matching, analysis and prediction automatically. It discusses a process of achieving to obtain the BBS public opinion with improved WebCrawler. The article presents a design of knowledge regular library and the process of storing information automatically via Chinese automatic word segmentation and extracting keywords. In order to avoiding lag and subjectivity of manual update thesaurus, the article proposes an improved algorithm based on association rule mining and makes some experimental comparison. The paper also discusses the analysis methods of hot topic and evaluates the hot topic in a scientific way. The article illustrates the reliability and validity of the above methods and functions in the process of the discussion. The experiments also show the research methods of the subject with high efficiency and accuracy.
