Abstract


In this paper, the literature data, sociological survey Universities in Shenyang National Fitness Program execution hardware and software environment and the implementation of the policy as the main content , respectively, from the Shenyang City College Students' Athletic launching , the launching of the National Fitness publicity situation , integration, school sports and community sports stadiums open , etc. , from the point of view of the students and managers to analyze the effectiveness of the policy of Shenyang university National Fitness Program , aims to analyze the inadequacies of the Universities in Shenyang National Fitness Program policy to promote Shenyang colleges and universities to improve the system carried out by the National Fitness Program .
