Abstract


College students defaulted tuition is a common problem of the national university , the object of this paper is the problem of arrears reminders mechanism of China 's college students . Based on an overview of the general theory of the mechanism of college students arrears reminders introduced delinquent status quo of China 's college students , and analysis of college students in debt generated , pointed out that universities charging exorbitant fees and government funding is not in place , student loan system is not perfect, the employment pressure college students owed ??tuition social factors ; take enough care of the poor students and the lack of measures against malicious arrears of students , the school's rules and regulations are not clear , university tuition management system is imperfect weakened the tuition collection of efforts is the reason of the college students arrears , the school ; the unbalanced nature of the household income and household income and tuition growth is not synchronized , the students ' lack of credit and other college students defaulted tuition own reasons . Then drawing on foreign typical of the United States , based on the British national college tuition collection experience , put forward suggestions arrears reminders mechanisms establish and improve China 's college students : at the national macro level , to develop a reasonable fee , increased government investment in tertiary education ; intensify national efforts to student loans , to play the role of the main channel of the national student loan ; improve the management system of college tuition construction . Micro-level in school , to develop rules and regulations effective tuition reasonable and legitimate calls ; constructed in line with the actual school students from poor relief system ; toll management system for the whole school up and down and make concerted efforts ; carry out integrity education .
