The rapid development of science and technology today, information resources has become an important asset of various departments and resources , computer application level has become the measure of whether a company has the vitality and market competitiveness logo. Rapid socio-economic development, social unprecedented amount of information increases , how fast , accurate and timely processing a lot of information , it becomes very important , coupled with computer processing speed , storage, large amount of information , computing capability, and able to handle a variety of different information, and has a logical judgment. Therefore, the use of computer organizations at all levels to establish an information processing to meet the requirements of an effective \In this paper, student records management system design and implementation are described in systems analysis , focusing on the system's versatility and universality , the formation of the system design, including a new user , information input, modify, delete, query and print and other major functions. Paper is divided into six chapters : The first chapter is an introduction , the second chapter of system applications related technical introduction, Chapter III of systems analysis , Chapter IV file management system designed for the students , the fifth chapter of student records management system design and implementation , the sixth chapter is the conclusion . The system is based on Visual Basic6.0 as a tool designed for general student management system , its use can reduce the management staff of student labor , improving the efficiency of the accuracy of the student management department to meet the modern management of information quantity, quality and speed requirements , provide managers with accurate information to enable scientific management.
