Firstly, The article carried out feasibility analysis and system requirement introduced data connection and library classes description, analyzed the business processes of every functional module and realization method of system in details, discussed the establishment of system database and the realization of stored procedures, and then analyzed security issues and solutions of system function. At last, give result of pre-system & LIBO test performance result.
